Peru Project Spring 2026

Learn more about our steps towards reforestation in the Peruvian Amazon.
For years, Indigenous peoples of South America have lost tribal lands through force to loggers, palm growers, and ranchers. For us to sustain the way of life for the Shipibo-Conibo community and Indigenous Amazonian tribes, we believe we must continue buying back these sacred lands and help restore the Amazonian ecosystem and Indigenous way of life.
Currently, with the help of generous donors and organizations, Bero Netebo Non profit is underway to plant 1,000 native medicinal trees by the end of May. Helping to ensure the sustainability of native trees that are at the brink of extinction within the Amazon Rainforest.

We are underway to plant 1,000 Native Medicinal Trees by the end of May 2026.

Maestro Kestenbetsa, a leader in the Shipibo-Conibo spiritual community, has been building retreat centers in the Amazon for the last few decades. With his work at these centers, his support team has planted over 2,000 sacred trees with amazing healing properties, and has created spaces for his Indigenous community to thrive and carry on traditions. All of this has been done with the intention to sustain the Amazon ecosystem, and preserve the deep cultural ties of our Indigenous communities, as they go hand in hand.

The seedlings have been under the care of Maestro Kestenbetsa’s growing team, and are expected to be planted in mid May on the land. The land itself will be made plantable and sustainable again by the support team to ensure the healthy growth of a new forest and the thriving of the Native trees.

The land itself, will be made plantable and sustainable again.
And the rainforest shall thrive again.
It is with much gratitude that we thank the team at ACT USA and our beloved donors for making this project possible.
With your help, we are sustaining the Amazon Rainforest and its most sacred plants and trees from extinction. Your support is incredibly valuable.

As this is a first step in Bero Netebo's mission, we hope to continue sharing this dream with others and to raise funds for the Forest and its People.
If you feel inspired to contribute to this mission, please support us here.

We would like to give a huge thank you...
