Indigenous Arts
Preservation
Showcasing Art pieces handcrafted by Indigenous artisans of the Amazon and the Andes .
Each garment and piece you see in this gallery has been handmade by the Indigenous communities we work with.

These pieces are traditionally known to bring energy, balance, prosperity and protection. They are made thoughtfully using traditional methods and materials of South America. The necklaces carry the power of protection, connection, and remembrance. The patterns and colors of the handwoven cloths carry different meanings and light through their sacred Kené.

Preserving and sharing the art of our Indigenous peoples is essential to honoring their history, culture, and enduring traditions.

The hope of Bero Netebo is to create a Museum within our Cultural Center where these works can be displayed, celebrated, and preserved. Ensuring that future generations can learn from and appreciate this rich cultural heritage.
